Introductions and project scope is the warm welcome to our partnership and the workflow of our staging services. Get started right away with your submission of our Looking for a Quote form. Completing our form with ease and convenience, new and seasoned clients identify ideal spaces to stage, their project budget, and timeline! Our team reviews the details to turn over a project quote within 48hrs! Over communicating never hurts, our clients can accept or adjust the quote during a check in call, text, and/or email. At any time or anyplace in this hectic market, clients can access and review their quote and all project information on their member dashboard via our CRM system. 

 

 The one click to accept our project quote, converts it to the project invoice. Payment can be submitted for project invoice via our CRM or The Upstager, LLC can accept payment by the following methods:

Your listing can be staged and hit the market within days! You can lock in the earliest available stage date by completing your invoice payment and signing our contract via docusign.

 

We've gotten the green light! Keep a look out for calendar invites, starting with a walkthrough. This 20 min appointment does not require your attendance. We will survey the property to ensure safe accesibility, proper space, and overall property readiness.

 

As your Stage Date approaches you will receive more calendar invites and email reminders. We will be in touch to confirm the delivery of furniture and decor and your design day. Our deliveries are scheduled to deliver 1-2 days prior to your stage date during a delivery time window. Our delivery time windows are typically mornings 10a-1 or evening 3p- 6p. Design days to stage a property take 1-2 business days due to size, weather, and resources. Our design team keep a diligent eye on delivery often arriving before unloading is complete. The design team can be expected on the same day as delivery or as early as possible the following morning. We keep in close communication with the project contact. As we strive to meet all timelines, we ask to please note, staging will be completed by EOD on your staging date and to lease plan accordingly.
